This is a very quick recipe for vegetables and is a perfect side dish for my garlic and black peppercorn chicken
Sesame Broccoli and green Beans
- Chop a small onion Chop a head of broccoli into little trees Top and tail 100 g fine green beans Finely julienne 2cm gingerAdd olive oil or sesame oil to a panAdd the small onion and cook until translucent Add the rest of the vegetables and 2 Tbls soy sauce fry until cooked but still crunchy. About 3-5min. Add 1 Tbls toasted sesame seeds. Set aside until ready to serve.
