I honestly didn’t think this would be a post, so I didn’t take my usual step-by-step photos. This was unexpectedly delicious and worth a mention even if you just do the chicken.
Simple Vegetarian Biryani with Chicken
- Splash 2TBLS olive oil into a bowl along with 1tsp salt, crack of black pepper, 2 tsps masala mix and 1 tsp nigella seeds (black cumin) -use regular cumin seeds if you don't have the black ones. Stir together and add 400g mini fillets to coat in oil masala mix Leave for 20 min - grill in a smoke-hot pan 2 min per side. Done!!!!!I made a pot of rice and vegetable curry to go with this.
