Simplicity today - small homemade baguette, garlic clove, origanum, Rosa tomatoes, avo and olive oil salt and pepper and fork with chilli
Rub the garlic clove over the thinly sliced baguette
Toast in oven
Chop tomatoes
Rub garlic on the flip side
Squeeze the juice out of the tomatoes and place into bowl
Slice and scoop avo
Place into bowl with tomatoes
Take the leaves off the origanum stalks add the fork of chilli
Pour over 2 Tbls of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Just before guests video call prepare to this point so they don't get soggy. I didn't get a chance to take photos when all the delicious filling was piled onto the baguettes because I was concentrating on the family and of course my phone was being used 55
