Pre heat air fryer to 200ºC once temperature is reached switch off and place flatbread inside to warm up.
2 flatbreads
Smash the cucumber with a rolling pin. You want chunky bits of cucumber. Add minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Place in sieve to drain over a small glass bowl to catch the cucumber juices. Add the olive oil to the cucumber juices
1 small Mediterranean cucumber, 1 garlic clove, 1 tbls olive oilo
Place the flatbreads on plates and spread the mashed avo over them, using ½ the avo on each flatbread
1 avocado pear mashed
Top the avo with the drained smashed cucumber
Add the sliced marinated flank steak on top and sprinkle with the chilli flakes, pepper and origanum
100g cooked flank steak sliced, sprinkle chilli flakes, black pepper and origanum
Finish off by drizzling the cucumber and olive oil juices over the steak. Serve immediately
