Seed cycling my hormones back in balance

Seed Cycling - Luteal Phase day 15-28 of menstrual cycle. If you are no longer menstruate you can start the seed cycling anytime and rotate between follicular and luteal phase as stated above, 14 days on flax seed and pumpkin seeds then the next 14 days on sesame and sunflower seeds.

  • 160 g Sunflower seeds
