2heaped Tbls double cream Greek yogurt
1-2Tblsmayonnaise or The WOOLWORTHS French Style mayo
1tspfennel seeds or coriander seeds bloomed in a pan
2tsp sesame seeds dry toasted in frying pan
Instructions
Prepare all the fruit and vegetables and add to a bowl
1 small green apple Slice and julienne, 1/2 stick celery stalk or 1 baby fennel, 1 baby cabbage purple or green shredded, Lemon or lime zest and juice to taste, 1 heaped Tbls cranberries
To a separate bowl add the rest of the ingredients to make the dressing.
