Preheat oven to 180°C
Line a baking tray with baking paper, big enough to hold 30 biscuits
In a mixing bowl, add the butter and the almond butter and mix together to ensure and even mix
Add the caster sugar and beat until fluffy
At the flour and continue to beat until the mixture comes together
Stir in the macadamia nuts
Use a tablespoon to measure out equal quantities of Dough
Shape the dough into little balls and flatten with your fingers or the back of a spatula
Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 10 minutes or until golden Brown
Cool on a wire rack
Enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea
