Mint choc chip Smoothy

Servings 1 large smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 cubes ice
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 60 - 80 g fresh spinach roughly chopped
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vegan protein - chocolate flavour
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 Tbls cocoa nibs
  • 1 tbls ground miracle seed mix

Instructions

  • pick, wash and chop spinach and mint
    60 - 80 g fresh spinach roughly chopped, 5 mint leaves
  • Add all the ingredients ,except the ground miracle seed mix, to a high speed, ice crushing blender and blitz blend until smooth.
    4 cubes ice, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 scoop vegan protein - chocolate flavour, 1 Tbls cocoa nibs
  • Stir in the seed mix and add extra ice block if you like.
    1 tbls ground miracle seed mix
