Heat olive oil in wok add onion stir fry for 2 minutes
Olive oil for the wok, One small red onion
Add garlic and ginger and stir into onions
Three cloves of garlic, 2 cm of grated
Add mushrooms and cook until golden
125 g mushrooms
Next up add the rest of the ingredients
100 g of Pak Choi, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 Tbls fermented soy bean and chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, One small chili diced, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Cook until done ,not too crunchy and definitely not overcooked. If you are vegetarian you can serve at this point otherwise add the chicken - Remove chicken from bone and cut into bite sized pieces.
Optional - 4 pre cooked chicken drumsticks ( from the chicken hack on Sunday, removed from bone and diced into bite size pieces
