Make sure you time the prawns with the spaghetti otherwise the prawns get cold
Put the butter and olive oil in a pan this one I realized very quickly was too small
Chop spring onion
Add sage and cook for about 2 min
Add parsley
Once all the herbs are cooked add the hot spaghetti
Stir and add more olive oil. Check seasoning too. I added salt and pepper
Serve
