A quick recipe of Drambuie Whipped Butter to add to my Clootie Dumpling or any Christmas cake of pudding for that matter.
Drambuie whipped butter
Ingredients
- 50 g unsalted butter
- 50 g brown sugar
- Zest of half lemon
- 20 ml Drambuie
Instructions
- Whip butter until pale and creamy. Add the sugar and zest and Drambuie and beat until light and fluffy.50 g unsalted butter, 50 g brown sugar, Zest of half lemon, 20 ml Drambuie
- Pile onto a serving plate and keep in the fridge until it’s all ready to serve. Take out about 20 minutes before serving to make it easier to spread.
